The FLDC organizes a training course entitled "Management Systems of Research References”

Prof. Dr. / Alaa El-Din Abd-Allah Hemeda – the director of the FLDC – announced that the center will organize a training program "Management Systems of Research References"

 The session will last for two days, and will begin on Tuesday, 19 September 2017 and until Wednesday, 20 September 2017.

 The course aims to train 13 trainees, as follows:

  (1 assistant professor, 3 teachers, 2 assistant teachers and 7 lecturers)

The session today will be lectured by Dr. / Mohamed Abo El-Ezz Mohamed Nayel - the assistant professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Sadat City University, and a certified international trainer from the International Body of Certified Trainers (IBCT).

This program aims to provide participants with basic knowledge and skills, positive trends in the management systems of research references, their value in advancing science, and the importance of writing and the classification of scientific references.

By the end of the program, the trainee will be able to:

1. Understand the concept and what the scientific reference is.

2. Recognize the images and different forms of scientific references.

3. Identify digital sources as scientific references.

4. Select the different styles of the tab and write the references.

5. Identify the available software for scientific bibliography and supporting operating programs.

6. Apply through workshops which are to use specialized software for the purpose of scientific references.

7. Show a positive trend towards the importance of writing and classifying scientific references.
