Mr. President. / Abd El-Fattah Al Sisi - the President of Egypt, issued a decision to appoint Dr. / Omaima Ahmed Khamis as the Dean of the institute of genetic engineering and biotechnology.

Dr. / Omaima Khamis is a professor at the Department of Animal Biotechnology and has headed the department from August 2014 to July 2017 and has more than 30 published publications.
