For the 3rd day, USC's delegation participates in the International workshop in Bucharest

    The University President Prof. Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi and Prof. Dr. Shaden Muawia – Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs continues their international visit in Bucharest. In the 3rd day, USC's delegation attended the international workshop regarding how to be an International University and the role of educational institutions' leaders, this workshop attended by several presidents of universities from England, France, Romania, Moldova, Ghana, Soudan and Palestine. While the University President Prof. Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi deliver an Introductory Lecture about the University of Sadat City, historical background and its establishment, its development, its Faculties and Institutes, numbers of students, staff, employees and the administrative structure, as well as, the role of the university in achieving the internationality through partnerships with international higher educational institutions and attracting expatriates and regional and international cooperation.
 

During the day, Dr. Bayoumi and Dr. Shaden visited the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest (USAMV), is the oldest and largest institution of higher agronomic education in Romania, and received by the Vice President for International Relation, while previewed the history of Egyptian Universities cooperation with the University with a long line of Egyptian-Roman international cooperation, and they agreed to deepen this cooperation, where the conditions and problems of higher education in both countries are very much similar and enhance cooperation in the exchange of experiences for students and researchers to serve the nation.
