USC’s Marathon

A huge Marathon will be organized by the University of Sadat City In implementation of the instructions of the President of the Republic to Interest in sports and citizens' health. The University President Prof. Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi and Prof. Dr. Hany Yousef – Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs met with Prof. Dr. Hesham Elgushey – Secretary-General of Egyptian University Sport Federation (EUSF) in order to arrange a sports day for all the University students and international students, civil society with all classes; Schools, Faculties, Factories, Companies, Unions, Parties, NGOs, people with special needs and all categories of society to encourage sports and give a message that “sport is a message of peace and lifestyle” under the patronage of the minster of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Minister of Youth and Sports, the Governor of Menofia and the President of the University of Sadat City.
 

Bayoumi stressed that the university has a great role in spreading the sport and health culture in the society under the directives of the President of the Republic and his interest in the health of citizens.
