The Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs Prof. Dr. Rifai Ibrahim Rifai announced that, the University Council, headed by Prof. Dr. Essam Metwaly - the University Acting President - approved at its latest board meeting on 28^th Dec 2016, to grant the Ph.D. Degree in Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology for Res. Alaa Mahmoud Bakr Omara, specialized in Animal Biotechnology.
