Prof. Dr. Rifai Ibrahim Rifai – Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research announced that, the University Council, headed by Prof. Dr. Essam Metwaly - the Acting President of the University - approved at its latest board meeting on the 28^th of Feb 2017, to Appoint Dr. Houda Mahrous Abbas as a Professor at Industrial Biotechnology Department - Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Research Institute.
