Prof. Dr. / Rifai Ibrahim Refai - The Vice President for Post-Graduate Studies and Research – announced that the University Council at its last meeting held on 28 February 2017 headed by Prof. Dr. / Essam El-Din Metwally – The University President – approved to grant the Ph.D. to the researcher / Asmaa Mahmoud Zakarya Mahmoud at the specialization of plant biotechnology.
