The University leaders headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi – USC’s President – and Prof. Dr. Essam Metwaly – Vice President of the University for Education and Students Affairs – and Prof. Dr. Rifai Ibrahim Rifai - Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs – congratulates Prof. Dr. Hamdy Omara for his new position as a Vice President for Community Services and Environmental Development.
