The FLDC organizes a training course on financial and legal aspects in universities

Prof. Dr. / Alaa El-Din Abd-Allah Hemeda - the Director of the FLDC – announced that the Center organizes a training course entitled "Financial and Legal Aspects in Universities".

He also pointed out that the course will be held over two days starting from Sunday, 18 February 2018, with 15 hours for two days, and will be held in the evening in the center. The course aims to train 12 trainees.

Dr. / Ammar Fathy Mousa – the lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Commerce, Sadat City University, and an accredited international trainer from the International Body of Certified Trainers (IBCT)

The objective of this program is to provide participants with the basic knowledge, skills and positive attitudes required for familiarity with the financial, economic and legal disciplines of universities.

By the end of the program, the trainee will be able to:

-  Discuss the basics of budget preparation at the university.

-  Determine methods and types of control over financial aspects.

-  Determine government procurement rules.

-  Define the legal controls in the disciplinary system and the university councils.

-  Deal with different legal positions in universities.

-  Show a positive trend towards respecting the laws of the university and the importance of control over the financial aspects and abide by its rules and regulations.
