STDF : The announcement of PRIMA, CALL-6

    PRIMA are thrilled to announce the official launch of their funding calls for projects in the thematic areas of water management and farming systems. These funding opportunities aim to support and promote innovation in these specific areas and invite applicants to start drafting their proposals now.

The funding calls are open to the private sector, organisations, and Labs, universities from all sectors and applications from a diverse range of backgrounds and disciplines. PRIMA have allocated significant resources for these funding calls, and they are committed to supporting the most impactful and innovative projects that align with their mission to drive positive change in our community.

PRIMA is looking for projects that focus on sustainable water management practices, developing resilient and sustainable farming systems, promoting the growth of the agri-food value chain and addressing the challenges of the water-energy-food nexus.

Scientific criteria:  STDF thematic areas and topics to be funded:

Section 2: Thematic Area 1: Water management

Topic 2.1.1-2023 (RIA 39) New governance models to define best practices for sustainable water management and conflict mitigation.

Section 2: Thematic area 2: Farming systems

Topic 2.2.1 (RIA 40) A step toward carbon-neutral farms: coupling renewable energy sources with circular farming systems.

DEADLINE:

Stage 1: Pre-Proposals – March 29th 2023 (18:00 Egypt Time, 17:00 CET Central European Time)

Stage 2: Full Proposals – September 13th 2023 (18:00 Egypt Time, 17:00 CET Central European Time)
