Opening the Annual Scouts Festival at the University

The University President Prof. Dr. Salah El-Ballal opens today the Annual Scouts Festival for USC’s scouts, in attendance of Prof. Dr. Essam Metwaly – Vice president for Education and Student affairs and Prof. Dr. Rifai Ibrahim Rifai – Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research,Mr. Radawn El-Qerm – the general secretary of the University, Prof. Dr. Khaled Zaghlol – Dean of Faculty of Law and Prof. Dr. Hassanien Taha – Dean of Faculty of Commerce.

The event activities held under the title of “Egypt: the cathode of religions, the cradle of civilization” under the auspices of the University President, Vice-president for Education and Student affairs Scout management and public services. While the festival covers several activities such as; Cultural, Arts, Athletic, Scouting and Public services.

The supreme committee for the festival consisits of; Prof. Dr. Salah El-Ballal, Prof. Dr. Essam Metwaly, Prof. Dr. Labib Abd El-Aziz – Dean of Faculty of Physical Education, Mr. Mamdouh Ayad, Dr. Salah Abo Serea, and Mr. Abd El-Salam Bahbah, while the arbitral tribunal includes; Mr. Adel Ibrahim, Mohamed Mansour, Khaled Hamed, Mrs, Zainb El-Sokary, Mrs. Toha Ragab.
