SU elections starts in early November

Egypt's Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof. Dr. Khaled Abd El-Ghaffar has announced that, the start of the University Students Union’s elections for the Academic year 2018-2019 will be in early November. While the ministry formed a committee for following up the upcoming elections and setting the schedule of election that will be during the period of 01-15 Nov, nominators will be able to register as of the 1st of Nov and Initial lists will be announced on November 7.

Abd El-Ghaffar stated, the electoral propaganda starts as of November 8, and the first and second rounds will be held on November 8 and 12, followed by the election of committee secretary and assistants at the level of Faculties and then the election of SU's President and Vice President.
