Professor Dr. Shaden Muawiya, acting president of the university, announced that the university had achieved 301-400 globally among 17 Egyptian universities in the International Classification Shanghai 2024 Agricultural Sciences.

The acting president of the University praised the achievement of 301 international status, which is a new achievement to be added to the University's series of achievements in international rankings, stressing that improving the University's ranking in international rankings comes as a top priority of the University, and this always works through its strategic plan to adhere to all international classification standards, by upgrading scientific research, improving and developing its outputs and motivating researchers. She praised the efforts of all the University's teams and faculties in achieving leadership for the University and improving its position locally and globally.
