Dr. Shaden Muawiya, president of the University of Sadat City, witnessed on Wednesday, 25th of December, the conclusion of the activities of the children's university program (E1 ) sixth stage, in the main hall of the university council and in the presence of Dr. Khaled Jafar, vice president of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Khamis Mohammed Khamis, Education and Student Affairs sector responsible, deans of colleges, and Dr. Iman Al-Barqi, executive director of the children's university project at the University of Sadat City. The events are held through the initiative "Children are Scientists for a Better Future", which is supported by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology under the auspices of Dr. Gina Elfeki, president of the Academy, a national project in the field of creative education to discover and incubate scientific talents and select and support innovators and creators at early stages of education to develop their abilities and hone their skills. The curricula which prepared by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology in various scientific fields are also taught at the faculties of early childhood education, Veterinary Medicine, computers, artificial intelligence, commerce, tourism and hotels, and the Institute of Environmental Studies and Research. Dr. Shaden Muawiya, president of the University, praised after the end of the (E1) activities of the sixth stage of the children's university program, which began in May 2023 the effort exerted, by the University which provided the children participating in the program with visits to several colleges at the University and scientific and research facilities, during which many workshops and trainings were organized. She also thanked Dr. Iman Al-Barqi, the executive director of the project at the University, the project coordinators at the university faculties, and all the parents of the children participating in the children's university program. The closing events concluded with honoring the participating children's university students, congratulating them, handing them certificates, and honoring the deans of the faculties whose activities were carried out at their esteemed faculties.
