FLDC seeks to apply an integrated and excellent package of training and qualification programs, working on making a complementary human development for USC’s staff, leaders and workers, in order to apply the concepts of self continues development of capacity and professional skills, to ensure the adaptation with the challenges of our times and the labor market.
