  To promote the educational process within the University of Sadat City, through the inclusion of E-learning as one of the basic patterns of education, so as to be able to compete at regional and global levels.

To improve the intended learning outcomes at USC’s Faculties and Institutes, through an effective investment of ICT applications in administrative and operational support of teaching and learning processes.
