Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare the necessary sub-records to document all requests or complaints received from citizens and show its procedures.
  • Receive requests, inquiries and complaints from citizens from various sources and examine it to be registered.
  • Respond to what can be answered considering the laws, regulations and rules.
  • Receiving citizens, identifying their problems and inquiries, and determining the appropriate procedures for them.
  • Contact the authorities concerned with discussing the different needs (complaints, inquiries, services, etc.) and prepare the appropriate response.
  • Notify citizens with the results of their inquiries and ensure from citizens' satisfaction.
  • Provide assistance to the citizens through guidelines that show how to obtain the required service.
