• Provide and implement maintenance systems for PC’s and Printers to ensure its continuing vitality.

• Mechanize all activities, program design and extract information from them.

• Secure the information stored on computers and make a backup.

• Provide the technical specifications and the estimated quotations for computers and its accessories.

• Participation in the purchase of the needs of the University of Computers, printers, accessories and operating devices.

• Account for all computers its accessories to be encrypted and recorded in the database.

• Retiring the unfit and useless devices.
