USC’s Portal is attempted to scale up capacity-building of Higher Education and Research Organization through enhancing of its educational, research and administrative potentials throughout websites depends on flows of knowledge and information between its parties, as well as provide e-services beyond all bonds of beneficiary’s expectation.
