• Raising USC’s website rank among the world universities ranking.
• Online information accessibility at the level of USC’s Community.
• Publish USC’s news and events regularly through CMS.
• Integrate multiple E-services provided between USC’s Faculties and Institutes and facilitate it through sub-portals units.
• Display development services which supplied by the Ministry of Higher Education to allow the USC community to identify and maximize the benefit.
• Increase the communication between University of Sadat City and Egyptian universities, through in-between shared links on the websites to allow visitors to see other Egyptian universities activities.
• Increase the communication between University of Sadat City and International universities, through in-between shared links on the websites to allow visitors to see other universities activities and latest updates.
• Provide technical support to IT-units at USC’s Faculties and institutes.
• Training all of IT-units working group on latest applications that are created or added by portal programmers.
• Cooperation between all development projects of the University of Sadat City to improve the services provided.
• Reduce the digital divide at the university in line with the university's strategy, through linking and integrating the portal with MIS and digital libraries and E-learning and training
