The Ministry of Defense assumes the following responsibilities

-  Make the necessary plans for military education with the Ministry of Higher Education and universities (Supreme Council of Universities).

- Develop military education curricula and prepare the necessary scientific subject.

- Prepare the statement and specifications of training assistance for students and entrusting universities to manage them from their own resources.

- Supervision, follow-up and provide support for the subject of military education at the university.

- Identify the appointed officials in the educational sectors to be trained at the expense of the armed forces.
