the coordination office for registration acceptance, held over 2 periods;

While the office consists of three committees:

• A committee for selling the envelops
• A committee for receiving the envelops
• A committee for checking and applied the standard of registration

The administration hosted 4185 student allocated as below;

1. the housing process applied on 3 sessions in order to process the allocation correctly an in an easy way
2. allocate special rooms for the distinguished student  (very good – excellent)
3. the doors opened for students on the evening of the previous Friday of studying
4. the acceptable students were sent to their places according the procedures of housing and the available places.
5. Records were made at the hostel portal for (coordination process- housing - leaving)

• Working on the necessary maintenance of buildings and bathrooms recheck all rooms and buildings and ensure the safety of doors and windows, and painting rooms and bathrooms that need to paint according to the available quantities of the stores as well as repairing plumbing,drainage and electricity.
   
• Establishing a public bathrooms at building number 3 as an example, and working on spreading the idea on the other buildings, in order to avoid the problems of water infiltration maintain the integrity of the buildings.

• Creating a calm atmosphere for studying, by establishing sitting places outdoors the rooms.
   
• Surveying the broken glasses in order to be replaced, and the administration already working on the matter.
   
• Working on adding an electric heaters to provide the hear water at the rooms.
   
• Renewing the water pipes at building (A-B)
   
• Making the necessary maintenances for the water tanks and clean it via sterilizers

Sports activity

Held several sports leagues such as;

• Volleyball league at the playground of student’s (girls) old hostel.
• Football league for hostel’s students

Tennis table league between the USC’s hostel students.

 

Social activity

• Held a chees league between students (girls – boys)
• Held a competition for memorizing the Quran
• Held several trips around Egypt
• Carry out a social solidarity campaign for the first semester, where 183 students take the benefit of 35,295. EGP, and preparing the second semester campaign.

Cultural activity
 

• Organize a competitions on poetry, Zajal, short story,
• Held a cultural competition for students
   

Art’s Activity
 

• Organize a competition on drawing, Arket, Handicrafts and Maquettes
• Carry out a supervison committee at each hostel, every month in order to review student’s problems and solved it.
• Preparing a 2 playgrounds and working on establishing another’s.
